摘 要:以优化运行、降低能耗为研究目标,考虑到大型燃煤机组热电联产变工况供汽运行模式的复杂性,建立了供热机组能耗分析模型。以某1 GW双抽机组为例,对9种供汽方案进行了能耗特性分析。结果表明,电负荷较低时,最优的供汽方式为冷再供中压、冷再供低压运行方式;电负荷较高时,最优的供汽方式为冷再供中压、中排供低压运行方式。在典型工况(电负荷500 MW、中压供汽量150 t/h、低压供汽量150 t/h)时,冷再供中压、冷再供低压运行方式的燃料利用系数和?效率比冷再供中压、热再供低压运行方式分别高0.36%和0.37%。With the objectives of optimizing operation and reducing energy consumption, an energy consumption analysis model for heating units is established, taking into account the complexity of the variable steam supply operation mode of large coal-fired cogeneration units. Taking a 1 000 MW unit as an example, the energy consumption characteristics of nine steam supply technical schemes are analyzed.The research results show that when the power load is low the optimal steam supply modes are cold reheat steam for immediate pressure industrial steam(IPIS) and cold reheat steam for low pressure industrial steam(LPIS) when the power load is low, while, the optimal choices are cold reheat steam for IPIS and immediate pressure turbine exhaust steam for LPIS when the power load is high. In typical working condition(power load of 500 MW, IPIS of 150 t/h, LPIS of 150 t/h), the fuel utilization coefficient and exergy efficiency of cold reheat steam for IPIS and cold reheat steam for LPIS mode are higher than cold reheat steam for IPIS and hot reheat steam for LPIS mode increased by 0.36% and 0.37% respectively.
