摘 要:采用实验测试与数值仿真相结合的方法,对旋流器应用于小功率蓄热式燃烧器进行研究。介绍实验系统,分析火焰形态、炉内温度特性和烟气排放。建立燃烧器模型和加热炉模型,通过数值仿真研究了过剩空气系数、空气预热温度、换向时间等因素对燃烧过程中压力分布、温度均匀性的影响。结果表明:随着燃烧持续放热,火焰由淡蓝色逐渐变为透明状,高温烟气在炉内均匀弥散,炉内传热得到加强。过剩空气系数影响着燃烧器内气体混合及压力分布,增加空气量可使火焰长度变短。提高空气预热温度对促进燃烧有很大作用,同时能在更短的时间内达到最高温度。换向时间对炉内温升时间影响不大。在一定的范围内增长换向时间避免了频繁切换,炉内温度有所提高,但是过长的换向时间弱化了气流的混合,导致排烟区域温度降低,降低了炉内的温度均匀性,空气预热温度易出现低值。换向时间短时空气预热温度随时间分布较均匀,但易造成炉内压力波动频繁,炉内温度不易稳定。蓄热式燃烧技术具有低NO_(x)排放的特点,除火焰区域外,炉内及排烟烟道中的NO_(x)体积分数均在40×10^(-6)以下。The application of swirler in low-power regenerative burner is studied by means of combining experimental test and numerical simulation.The experimental system is introduced,and the flame shape,temperature characteristics in the furnace and flue gas emission are analyzed.The burner model and the heating furnace model are established,and the influence of factors such as excess air coefficient,air preheating temperature,reversing time,etc,on the pressure distribution and temperature uniformity in the combustion process is studied through numerical simulation.The results show that as the combustion continues to release heat,the flame gradually changes from light blue to transparent,the high-temperature flue gas is evenly dispersed in the furnace,and the heat transfer in the furnace is strengthened.The excess air coefficient affects the gas mixing and pressure distribution in the burner.Increasing the air volume can shorten the flame length.Increasing the air preheating temperature has a great role in promoting combustion,while reaching the maximum temperature in a shorter time.The reversing time has little effect on the temperature rise time in the furnace.Increasing the reversing time within a certain range avoids frequent switching and the temperature in the furnace increases.However,too long reversing time weakens the mixing of air flow,resulting in temperature reduction in the exhaust area,reducing the temperature uniformity in the furnace,and the air preheating temperature is prone to low value.When the reversing time is short,the air preheating temperature is evenly distributed with time,but it is easy to cause frequent pressure fluctuation in the furnace,and the temperature in the furnace is not easy to be stable.Regenerative combustion technology has the characteristics of low NO_(x) emission.Except for the flame area,the volume fraction of NO_(x) in the furnace and exhaust flue is below 40×10^(-6).
