摘 要:四川盆地川东北地区茅口-吴家坪组超深井测试期间存在管柱断裂、封隔器窜漏、阀件打不开、管柱安全系数参考标准不统一等问题。通过梳理测试失败井施工工况、分析导致失败的原因,全面对比涉及管柱强度相关标准,综合考虑鼓胀效应、温度效应、屈曲效应、活塞效应等条件下的三轴安全系数以及抗内压、抗外挤、抗拉条件下管柱安全,建立了超深超高压井管柱强度安全参照标准,确定出适合超深气井抗拉、抗内压、抗外挤以及三轴的计算方法,优选超深含硫气井插管可取式完井液压封隔器(HPH、MHR)作为测试封隔器,并制定测试阀件破裂盘开启值计算方法,形成了一套适用于超深层海相探井的APR测试管柱设计方法。经YF702井应用,测试成功,为类似测试井各工况下施工安全提供了可借鉴的经验。During the testing of ultra-deep wells in Maokou-Wujiaping formations in northeastern Sichuan Basin,there were problems such as string break,packer leakage,valve failure to open,and inconsistent reference standards for string safety factor.In this paper,the working conditions of failed wells are reviewed and the failure causes are analyzed.With reference to relevant standards for string strength and consideration to the triaxial safety factor under the conditions of bulging effect,temperature effect,buckling effect and piston effect,as well as the string safety under the existence of internal pressure,external pressure and tension,the safety reference standard of pipe string strength in ultra-deep and ultra-high-pressure wells is established,and the calculation method of tensile,internal pressure,external pressure and triaxial tensile strengths for ultra-deep gas wells is determined.Then,the retrievable completion hydraulic packers(HPH,MHR)for ultra-deep sour gas wells are selected as the test packers,and the calculation method of the opening value of the broken disc of the test valve is formulated.Finally,an APR test string design method for ultra-deep marine exploration wells is formed.This method has been successfully applied in Well YF702,and provides a reference for safe testing in similar well conditions.
