摘 要:针对渤海油田水平生产井平均综合含水率高、动用采出程度低的实际问题,结合A井资料,建立单井数值模拟模型,研究水平井产液量、避水高度垂直与水平方向渗透率比值、油水黏度比对水平井含水上升率的影响,并利用油藏数值模拟技术对堵剂注入量、段塞组合、注入速度及焖井时间等参数进行优化。结果表明,产液量、垂直与水平方向渗透率比值、油水黏度比增大、避水高度减小,均会导致含水上升率增大;选择适量的堵剂注入量,避免过度封堵;注入速度对堵水效果影响不大;优化后的段塞组合配合一定的焖井时间,堵水效果更优。优化后的堵剂体系能够达到较好的控水增油效果,对泡沫堵水工艺的推广与实施具有指导意义。The horizontal wells in Bohai oilfield suffer from the problems of high average composite water cut and low recovery percent of reserves.Based on the data of Well A,a single-well numerical simulation model is established to analyze the effects of liquid production,water avoidance height,vertical-horizontal permeability ratio and oil-water viscosity ratio on water cut rise of horizontal wells.Then,the reservoir numerical simulation technology is used to optimize the parameters such as dosage of plugging agent,slug combination,injection rate and soaking time.The results show that(1)the increase of liquid production,vertical-horizontal permeability ratio and oil-water viscosity ratio and the decrease of water avoidance height lead to the increase of water cut rise;(2)an appropriate dosage of plugging agent can be selected to avoid excessive plugging;(3)the injection rate has little effect on the water plugging effect;and(4)the optimized slug combination can be used in a certain soaking time to realize better plugging effect.The optimized plugging agent system can achieve better water control and oil increasing effect,and it is of guiding significance to the implementation of foam water plugging technology.
