摘  要:以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷,甲基硅油,补强填料混合物为A组分,添加复配交联剂、偶联剂,催化剂的B组分制得脱醇型硅酮密封胶。探讨了体系中不同水分含量对挤出性、硫化速率、硬度及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着水分含量增加,A组分的挤出性呈现平缓下降、急速下降、再至平缓,外观由流淌转变成具有触变性;当A组分中水分含量在1000~2500 ppm之间时,综合性能最佳。A dealcoholized silicone sealant was prepared withα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane,methyl silicone oil and reinforcing filler mixture as component A,crosslinking agent,coupling agent and as catalyst component B.The results showed that as the moisture content increased,the extrudability of component A showed a gradual decline,rapid decline,and then to a gentle phenomenon,and the appearance changed from flowing to thixotropy;when the moisture content of the A component was between 1000 and 2500 ppm,the overall performance was the best.
