摘 要:本文设计合成了含有[N,P,Si]的新型配位非茂金属催化剂,并在助催化剂甲基铝氧烷MAO的协同作用下考察了此新型配位非茂金属催化剂催化乙烯/丙烯/极性烯烃合成三元共聚物的性能。新型非茂金属催化剂对乙烯均聚以及乙烯/丙烯共聚都有很理想的活性,并得出了乙烯均聚合最佳条件:铝钛摩尔比500︰1,聚合温度50℃,催化剂的催化活性可高达1.37×10^(5)gP/mol.Ti。催化剂对温度的稳定性也比较高,在70℃时,催化剂仍然可以对乙烯均聚的活性保持在比较理想的水平,通过核磁共振、红外光谱(FT-IR)、DSC等分析方法对合成的共聚物表征。结果表明这种合成的新型非茂金属剂能促使乙烯/丙烯/极性烯烃的共聚合成相对分子质量较高的共聚物,且1-氯癸烯单元的插入降低了乙烯链段的规整性,破坏了其结晶性能,可以有效地降低聚合物熔点。A novel type of coordination non-metallocene catalyst containing[N,P,Si]was designed and synthesized.As well as,under the synergistic effect of the cocatalyst methylaluminoxane MAO,the performance of this novel catalyst to catalyze the synthesis of ethylene/propylene/polar olefin terpolymer was investigated.The catalytic activity of the novel non-metallocene catalyst was promoted to 1.37×10^(5)g P/mol.Ti.h for ethylene homopolymerization and ethylene/propylene copolymerization on the optimal conditions with the molar ratio of aluminum to titanium with 500 and the polymerization temperature with 50℃.Meanwhile,the activity of the catalyst for ethylene homopolymerization was maintained well at high temperature,such as 70℃.The structure of synthesized copolymer was studied through nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR),DSC and other analysis and characterization methods.The results illustrated that the copolymer of ethylene/propylene/polar olefin with higher molecular weight was synthesized under the catalysis of synthetic novel non-metallocene catalyst.The regularity and crystalline properties of the ethylene segment was destroyed due to the insertion of 1-chlorodecene.Therefore,the melting point of the polymer was effectively reduced.
