摘　　要：近年来,由于植物挥发油独特的生物活性被广泛用于食品、药品、保健品及化妆品等领域,成为当前研究的热点。但是植物挥发油种类繁多、结构复杂,不易人工合成,只能从天然物质中提取,为了研究植物挥发油及其抗氧化性质,并充分利用我国丰富的橡子资源,本文旨在对橡子中挥发油的提取及抗氧化性质以及橡子资源的综合开发利用情况进行综述,以期为橡子的深入研究及相关产品的精深研发提供参考依据。In recent years, due to the unique biological activity of plant volatile oil, it has been widely used in the fields of food, medicine, health products and cosmetics. However, plant volatile oil has a wide variety and complex structure, which is not easy to synthesize, and can only be extracted from natural substances. In order to study plant volatile oil and its antioxidant properties and make full use of China’s rich acorn resources, this paper aims to summarize the extraction and antioxidant properties of volatile oil in acorn and the comprehensive development and utilization of acorn resources, It is expected to provide a reference basis for the in-depth research of acorn and the in-depth research and development of related products.
