摘  要:针对某煤焦化责任有限公司现有焦化废水处理站存在的设备老化、故障率高、来水水质波动大,系统经常性受到冲击,且恢复周期长,当前出水水质无法满足外供回用的要求,需要进行污水站提标改造。通过对预处理单元设备进行更换,提高系统抗冲击负荷的能力;对原生化系统好氧池进行改造,如更换曝气系统、二级接触氧化池改造为移动床生物膜反应器生化池,提高生化处理效果,确保氨氮达标;新增臭氧催化氧化系统功能,接纳生化出水,对水中难降解有机污染物进一步进行降解,以满足废水在厂区内外供使用的标准,最终使出水水质稳定达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171-2012)的间接排放标准,为后续开展污水回用提供了有利条件。Aiming at the existing coking wastewater treatment station of a coal coking limited company with aging equipment,high failure rate,large fluctuations in incoming water quality,frequent shocks to the system,and long recovery periods,the current effluent water quality cannot meet the requirements of external supply and reuse,The sewage station needs to be upgraded and upgraded.Through the replacement of the pretreatment unit equipment,the ability of the system to withstand shock loads is improved;the aerobic tank of the originalization system is modified,such as the replacement of the aeration system,the secondary contact oxidation tank,and the biochemical tank of the MBBR.The biochemical treatment effect ensures that the ammonia nitrogen meets the standard;the new ozone catalytic oxidation system function adopts the biochemical effluent to further degrade the refractory organic pollutants in the water,so as to meet the standards for the use of wastewater inside and outside the plant,and finally make the effluent water quality stable and reach the(GB16171-2012)provides favorable conditions for the subsequent development of wastewater reuse.
