摘 要:结合江苏某乐果生产企业废气治理改造经验,总结了其废气污染物排放特点,恶臭废气主要是由离心、出料等非密闭环节无组织排放。通过源头提高生产设备密闭水平,淘汰车间落后转料方式,减少挥发性物料与空气接触,避免了车间大量恶臭气体无组织排放。各车间废气经碱洗预处理后,采用蓄热式焚烧炉进一步处理。工程改造运行效果良好,彻底解决了乐果车间异味废气扰民投诉问题。Combined with the waste gas treatment engineering experience of dimethoate factory in Jiangsu province,the pollution characteristics of waste gas were summarized.The unorganized discharge source of malodorous gas is mainly focused on Centrifugation and material transfer.Through improved the airtightness of production equipment and eliminated backward material transfer mode in the workshop,it effectively decreased the contact between volatile materials and air,a large number of malodorous gas emissions were avoided in the workshop.After the pretreatment by alkaline washing absorption,the waste gas were completely destructed by RTO.The effect of engineering transformation is good,and the complaint problem of the malodorous gas emissions from dimethoate workshop was solved.
