炼化企业干式气柜事故处置措施分析

摘　　要：气柜是储存、回收炼油厂低压瓦斯和调节瓦斯管网压力的重要设施,其储存的介质为含有硫化氢的轻烃(瓦斯),一旦发生泄漏,不仅会造成人员中毒,还可能触发燃烧爆炸,造成人员伤亡和财产损失。本文简要介绍了炼化企业中气柜的结构原理,分析了气柜泄漏事故的特点,提出了气柜泄漏应急处置措施。The gas holder is an important facility for storing and recovering low-pressure gas and regulating the pressure of the gas pipeline network in the Refining and chemical enterprises.The medium stored in the gas holder is light hydrocarbon(gas)containing hydrogen sulfide.Once a leak occurs,it will not only cause poisoning,but may also trigger a combustion explosion,causing casualties and property losses.This article briefly introduces the structural principles of gas holders in refining and chemical enterprises,analyzes the features of gas holder leakage accidents,and proposes emergency measures for gas holder leakage.
