摘  要:国内船舶行业的不断发展,对柴油机动力提出了更高的要求。研发更高功率的柴油机势在必行。本文通过用AVLBOOST软件建立柴油机工作模型进行模拟计算,搭建某型柴油机整机性能仿真模型,评估该型柴油机功率性能提升可行性,并从凸轮型线、缸径等方面对柴油机进行优化模拟计算,匹配出柴油机的最优配置,为柴油机功率提升提供方向指引和技术依据。With the continuous development of the domestic shipbuilding industry,ships put forward higher requirements for diesel engine power.In order to adapt to social changes and meet the market demand,it is imperative to develop higher power diesel engines.In this paper,the AVL-BOOST software is used to establish the diesel engine working model for simulation,to build a diesel engine performance simulation model,to evaluate the feasibility of the diesel engine power rate improvement performance.From the aspects of cam profile and cylinder diameter,the diesel engine is optimized and simulated,and the optimal configuration of the diesel engine is matched.It provides a guiding direction for the development of diesel engine power improvement,and provides a technical basis for the transition stage of development from concept to design.
