摘  要:2021年8月,国家林业和草原局发布了“十四五”林业草原保护发展规划纲要,要求“推进自然保护地整合优化,科学界定范围和管控分区,组织勘界立标”。GIS技术是自然保护地归并整合、边界范围调整、功能分区优化和资源管理的基本技术工具,科学利用GIS技术可以提升自然保护地整合优化工作效率,快速进行图表交互式统计,并提供动态及三维立体可视化表达。为此,探讨了GIS技术在自然保护地优化整合中的具体应用,为自然保护地边界的精确划定、功能区合理区划、小班精准抠出等提供技术支撑。National Forestry and Grassland Administration released the outline for the forest and grassland protection development of the 14th Five-Year Plan in August 2021,which requires us to promote the integration and optimization of protected natural areas,define scope and functional area scientifically,and organize the demarcation markers.GIS technology is the basic tool to integrate and optimizate the protected natural areas,including adjust boundaries,optimize the functional areas and resource management.GIS can improve the working efficiency,statistic graph data,and provide 3D visual representation,which can help to formulate more feasibility regulation on natural areas protection.Through optimizing GIS technology,this paper provides technical support for the precise delineation of the boundaries of nature reserves,the rational division of functional areas,and the precise cutout of small classes.
