摘  要:鄂尔多斯市某选煤厂采用重介浮选联合工艺,随着使用时间变长、原煤质量变差、处理量增多,该系统出现诸多问题。针对其中粗中煤泥回收系统具体问题,通过对脱入料、产品和离心液进行筛分试验,采用格氏法计算了产品产率对尾煤卧脱单机进行检查,得出了离心机筛篮可能存在破损情况,并得到分配粒度为0.03 mm。并通过浮沉试验对卧脱产品进行了性质分析,最后针对诊断结果提出了合理建议:将中煤稀介并入精煤稀介中,共同进入精煤磁选与粗煤泥分选环节,同时加强“卧脱”筛网的使用管理。A coal preparation plant in Ordos City adopts the combined process of heavy medium floatation.With the prolongation of use time,the deterioration of raw coal quality and the increase of treatment capacity,there are many problems in the system.In this paper,aiming at the concrete problems of coarse and medium slime recovery systems, through screening test of stripping material, product and centrifugal liquid, the yield of product is calculated by Grignard method, and the single machine of tail coal horizontal separation is checked, and the results are obtained. There may be damage in the centrifuge screen basket, and the distribution particle size is 0.03mm. The properties of the products were analyzed by floating and sinking test. Finally, according to the diagnosis results, some reasonable suggestions are put forward.It is suggested that the medium coal dilute medium should be integrated into the refined coal dilute medium, enter the magnetic separation and coarse slime separation links of clean coal, and strengthen the use and management of "lying off" screen at the same time.
