摘 要:注水是油田生产系统的能耗大户,注水耗电约占油田采油系统生产总用电的30%~40%左右。通过对花土沟油田注水系统能耗计算,分析影响注水系统效率的因素,对花土沟油田注水系统改造后节能效果进行全面评价,为今后花土沟油田注水系统提效工作提供较明确的思路和目标,对油田其它新建、改建等注水系统方案的优化也具有较好的指导作用。Water injection is a major energy consumption in oilfield production system,which accounts for about 30% ~ 40% of the total electricity consumption in oilfield production system. Through analyzing energy consumption calculation Huatugou Oilfield water injection system, the factors affecting the efficiency of water injection system, the energy saving effect after Huatugou Oilfield water injection system to conduct a comprehensive evaluation,Huatugou Oilfield water injection system to work for the future provide a clear train of thought and target,other building,rebuilding of oilfield water injection system scheme optimization and has good guidance.
