摘  要:青海油田采气一厂采出的天然气含有大量的水分,经气液分离后,再经三甘醇工艺脱水气后外输。采用三甘醇再生橇精馏柱排放出来的气体(以下简称三甘醇再生废气)中大部分为水蒸气,经初步分析:成分主要以苯类和酚类为主、还有少量的其他物质,带有异味,并含有一定量的有害物质。三甘醇再生废气中苯类是造成异味的主要原因,直接排放时,不仅会造成环境污染,而且会对设备及人体健康造成危害。为此设计了一套集冷凝、分离、吸附、增压的工艺装置,既能解决尾气安全排放的问题,同时能将尾气中天然气回收再利用,初步估算该设备每天能回收约960 m^(3)天然气,每年可节约天然气约34.5×10^(4)m^(3),节能减排效果显著。The natural gas produced by the first gas production plant of Qinghai Oilfield contains a lot of water.After gas-liquid separation, the gas is dehydrated by triglycol process and then exported. According to the preliminary analysis, most of the gases discharged from the triethylene glycol regenerated skid distillation column(hereinafter referred to as triethylene glycol regenerated exhaust gas) are water vapor. The composition is mainly benzene and phenols,and a small amount of other substances,with peculiar smell and a certain amount of harmful substances. Benzene in triglycol regenerated exhaust gas is the main cause of peculiar smell. When discharged directly, it will not only cause environmental pollution, but also cause harm to equipment and human health. Therefore, a set of condensation, separation, adsorption and pressurization process device is designed, which can not only solve the problem of tail gas safety emission, but also recover and reuse the natural gas in tail gas. It has the advantages of simple process, low cost and stable treatment effect. It is preliminarily estimated that the equipment can recover about 960 m^(3) natural gas every day. It can save about 34.5×10^(4)m^(3) of natural gas every year,with significant energy saving and emission reduction effect.
