摘　　要：离心式压缩机作为一种转速高、功率大的大型机组,在石油化工行业广泛应用,干气密封系统是机组的核心组成部分,若干气密封发生泄漏,轻则联锁停机,造成非计划停工;重则酿成重特大事故。因此,要想保证安全、稳定的生产,就需要保证离心式压缩机的长周期平稳运行。针对某炼油厂加氢改质装置循环氢压缩机干气密封系统运行中存在的带液问题进行了原因分析,并通过系统流程改造解决了干气密封带液的安全隐患,实现了压缩机的长周期平稳运行,同时也达到企业节能降耗、降本增效的目的。Centrifugal compressor, as a large unit with high speed and large power, is widely used in petrochemical industry. Dry gas seal system is the core part of the unit, a number of gas seal leakage, light interlock shutdown, resulting in unplanned shutdown;Or lead to serious accidents. Therefore, in order to ensure safe and stable production, it is necessary to ensure the long cycle smooth operation of centrifugal compressor. Modification for one oil refinery hydrocracking unit circulating hydrogen compressor in the operation of dry gas seal system, analysis of the causes of the problems with liquid and dry gas seal has been solved by the system flow transformation liquid security hidden danger, implements the compressor to run smoothly for a long period of time, but also achieve the goal of enterprise energy saving authors, increase efficiency.
