摘 要:在原油开采过程中原油加热需要消耗大量天然气,为了降低原油生产成本,研究了太阳能原油加热节能技术,文中结合柴达木盆地太阳能资源实情对原油太阳能加热系统的工作原理,结构设计和功能特点以及应用效果进行经济性和技术进行阐述。论证利用太阳能加热原油对减少碳排放,实现碳中和发展低碳经济的发展前景;论证了太阳能原油加热系统大面积应用推广从节能和环保角度对重塑石油能源体系具有重要意义。In the process of crude oil exploitation, a large amount of natural gas is consumed for heating crude oil. In order to reduce the production cost of crude oil, this paper studies the energy saving technology of solar oil heating, and expounds the working principle, structure design, functional characteristics and application effect of solar oil heating system in combination with the reality of solar energy resources in Qaidam Basin economically and technically. To demonstrate the prospect of using solar heating oil to reduce carbon emissions,achieve carbon neutrality and develop low-carbon economy;It is proved that the large-scale application and popularization of solar oil heating system is of great significance to reshape the petroleum energy system from the perspective of energy saving and environmental protection.
