摘  要:目的:探究红蓝双色油墨荧光剂对兔肾动、静脉标本的铸型效果。方法:雄性白色新西兰兔20只,体重2.0~2.5 kg。按铸型剂不同分为两组,分别为荧光铸型组和传统铸型组,每组10只新西兰兔,共20只。荧光铸型标本将丙烯油画颜料与紫外荧光油墨等材料按比例混合配置成红蓝双色油墨荧光剂,红色荧光铸型剂灌注兔腹主动脉,蓝色灌注兔下腔静脉。与传统铸型方法对照,观测兔双肾标本的脉管结构清晰度、美观度,以及动、静脉结构对比度;采用视觉模拟评分法将3种观测指标分为10分,选择20位观察者分别对两组铸型模型进行评分,统计得分结果,对比两种制作铸型标本方法的效果。结果:荧光铸型标本中,优秀和较好两种等级在双肾脉管结构的清晰度评定结果中分别为44和37次;在美观度评定中分别为41和34次;在对比度评定中分别为38和43次,荧光铸型标本各组数据均高于传统铸型(P<0.05)。结论:红蓝双色油墨荧光剂可将兔双肾动、静脉结构同时呈现并区分开来,标本清晰度高,动、静脉对比度强,兼具陈列及教学效果。Objective:To explore the casting effect of red-blue two-color fluorescent ink agent on rabbit renal artery and vein specimens.Methods:Twenty male white New Zealand rabbits weighing 2.0-2.5 kg.According to different casting agents,they were divided into fluorescent casting group and traditional casting group,with 10 New Zealand rabbits in each group,a total of 20 rabbits.The fluorescent casting specimens were prepared by mixing propene oil painting pigments with ultraviolet fluorescent ink and other materials in proportion to form red-blue two-color fluorescent ink agent.The red fluorescent casting agent was perfused into rabbit abdominal aorta,and the blue was perfused into rabbit inferior vena cava.Compared with the traditional casting method,the clarity,beauty and contrast of arterial and venous structures of rabbit renal specimens were observed.The visual scoring method was used to divide the three observation indexes into 10 points,and 20 observers were selected to score the two groups of mold models.The scores were counted and the effects of the two methods of making mold specimens were compared.Results:Among the fluorescent cast specimens,the excellent and good grades were 44 and 37 times in the clarity evaluation of the double renal vascular structure,respectively;the aesthetic evaluation were 41 and 34 times,respectively;the contrast evaluation were 38 and 43 times,respectively.The data of fluorescence cast specimens were higher than those of traditional cast specimens(P<0.05).Conclusion:Red-blue two-color fluorescent ink agent can distinguish the structure of rabbit renal arteriovenous simultaneously,and the specimen present with a high-definition and a strong contrast between the artery and vein,also possess a favorable functions on display and teaching.
