摘  要:基于ANSYS Fluent对一种应用于石油开采的射流泵结构进行数值模拟,对影响较大的结构参数进行单因素分析和优化,可改善泵负压不足、效率较低等实际问题。经设定工况研究表明:喉嘴距为1.0d~2.0d时射流泵性能较好;当面积比约为6.76时效率最佳。相关研究方法也可应用于一般射流泵设计优化中,另基于VB.NET开发了射流泵设计软件以提高设计效率。Having ANSYS Fluent based to simulate a jet pump structure applied in oil exploitation was implemented,including both single factor analysis and optimization of the structural parameters with great influence so as to improve pump’s insufficient and inefficiency negative pressure.The results show that,when the throat distance stays at 1.0d-2.0d,the jet pump’s performance becomes better and the efficiency becomes best when the area ratio is 6.76.The related research methods can also be applied to design and optimization of general jet pumps.In addition,having VB.NET based to develop jet pump’s design software was carried out to improve design efficiency.
