摘  要:某化工企业管道管件弯头与三通焊缝连接处存在焊缝未焊满的情况,基于弹性分析策略评价该管道和焊缝处高应力区的应力强度,并分析管道和焊缝温度场与应力场随时间变化的关系,得到以下结论:在使用工况下管道管件和焊缝处满足应力强度要求,在设计工况下管道管件满足应力强度要求,管道焊缝处在50 s时刻强度评定为不合格;为了保证管道在设计工况下能够安全运行,应当在焊缝处进行补焊,使焊缝表面与管道表面平齐。Aiming at insufficient welding seam of the joint between pipe elbow and tee weld in a chemical enterprise,having elastic analysis strategy based to evaluate stress intensity of pipeline’s high stress area and weld was implemented,and both pipeline and the weld’s temperature field and the stress field which changing with time were analyzed to show that,under working conditions,the pipe fittings and the welds should meet stress strength requirements and under design conditions,the pipe fittings should comply with stress strength requirements,and the welds are evaluated as unqualified at 50s.In order to ensure safe operation of the pipeline under design conditions,the repair welding should be carried out at welding seam so that the welding seam surface become flush with the pipeline’s.
