摘 要:[研究目的]针对目前缺少基于复杂网络的应急情报系统案例知识库这一不足,对该类案例知识库的构建和应用方法开展研究。[研究方法]构建方法上,案例库采用以子事件网络和子事件图谱为核心的双层表示模型,知识库采用统计型图谱和事理图谱作为表示模型。应用方法上,在实施情报生产和指挥决策等应急情报行为时,协作使用事例型和统计型知识,设计适用于当前场景的情报方案。[研究结论]研究成果可完善基于复杂网络的应急情报体系,为构建结构化应急情报系统提供理论依据。[Research purpose]For the lack of cases base and knowledge base in emergency intelligence system based on complex networks,the construction and application methods of such cases and knowledge base are studied.[Research method]In the construction method,the cases base uses a two-tier representation model with the sub-event network and sub-event graph as the core,and the knowledge base uses the statistical graph and the event evolution graph as the representation model.In the application method,the implementation of intelligence production and command decision-making,the intelligence program is designed for the current situation,with collaborative use of cases based knowledge and statistical knowledge.[Research conclusion]This paper can improve the emergency intelligence system based on complex networks and provide theoretical basis for the construction of a structured emergency intelligence system.
