摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化程度的逐渐加深,老年宜居城市建设亟待关注.以信阳市为案例区域,构建老年宜居城市评价指标体系,运用改进的灰色模糊物元分析法对2016—2019年信阳市的面板数据进行实证分析,以期在积极老龄化视域下对信阳市老年宜居城市建设现状和发展趋势进行探讨.结果表明:信阳市老年城市宜居性评价指标体系具有可行性:主要指标有卫生机构数、城乡居民养老保险人数和恩格尔系数等,实证研究结果表明该指标体系切实可行;信阳市老年宜居城市评价结果呈现出“整体上升”的特征:2016—2017年和2017—2018年间经历“较慢-较快”的上升阶段,在2019年出现略微的下降趋势;信阳市的经济社保水平不断提升,但仍需重视环境安全和医养设施等方面,进而构建“和谐-文明-健康”的老年宜居城市.With the accelerated aging of the Chinese population,the construction of livable cities for the elderly is in need of urgent attention.Taking Xinyang City as the area of case study,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of livable city for the elderly,and makes an empirical analysis on the panel data of Xinyang City from 2016 to 2019 by use of the improved grey fuzzy matter-element analysis,so as to discuss the current situation and developing trend of livable city for the elderly in Xinyang City from the perspective of active aging.The results show that:The evaluation index system of urban livability for the elderly in Xinyang City is feasible:The main indicators include the number of health institutions,the figure for urban-rural residents with endowment insurance and the Engel coefficient,etc;The evaluation results of Xinyang City reveals that the trend is one of“overall rise”:From 2016 to 2017 and from 2017 to 2018,Xinyang City experienced a“slow-fast”rising stage,and a slight downward trend in 2019;The economic and social security level of Xinyang City keeps improving,but still greater attention must be given to environmental safety and medical facilities,so as to build a“harmonious,civilized and healthy”livable city for the elderly.
