摘　　要：深圳作为一座年轻的移民城市、科技之城、创新之都,具有独特的多元文化发展优势。面对建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区的新方向,"全球标杆城市"是贯穿始终的关键词。全球标杆城市的特征之一是作为具有文化辐射力、引领力的国际文化交流中心。结合深圳发展历程和发展定位,深圳的城市文化辐射力可以拆解为五种内涵:锐意进取的创新文化,海纳百川的开放文化,以人为本的市民文化,丰富多元的现代文化,主动担当的文化外交。因此,建设文化先行示范区,深圳需要打造具有自身鲜明特质的文化精神,不断提高城市文化软实力,增强文化传播辐射力,激发更活跃的文化流量为深圳赋能,让创新、科技、传统、国际等文化力量充分涌流,形成深圳文化漩涡。Shenzhen,as a young immigrant city,a city of science and technology,and a capital of innovation has unique advantages of multicultural development.To embrace the new direction of building a pioneering demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics,"global benchmark city"with the characteristics of being an international cultural exchange center with cultural radiation and leading force has been the key word throughout for Shenzhen.The innovative culture of forging ahead,the open culture of embracing all kinds of waters,the people-oriented citizen culture,the diversified modern culture and the active cultural diplomacy are the essential connotations for Shenzhen’s urban culture based on the development process and orientation.Therefore in order to build a first demonstration area and its own distinctive cultural qualities,Shenzhen needs to constantly improve its cultural soft power,strengthen cultural diffusion and radiation and stimulate diverse culture,thus,fueling innovation,science and technology,tradition,international and other cultural strength to form Shenzhen cultural vortex.
