“稳得住”:移民生活满意度影响因素分析——基于青海省易地扶贫搬迁农户的调查

摘　　要：脱贫攻坚战已经取得全面胜利,如何进一步巩固扶贫成果是新时期面临的新挑战。易地搬迁作为扶贫措施中必不可少的一环,在脱贫攻坚战中发挥了积极作用,确保易地扶贫搬迁移民在"搬得出"的基础上"稳得住"是后续扶持的重要任务。文章基于青海省374户易地扶贫搬迁农户的调查数据,运用结构方程模型分析了移民生活满意度的主要影响因素。研究结果表明:居住环境、生活保障两个维度对移民生活满意度具有显著的正向影响;适应性维度虽然对移民生活满意度的直接影响不显著,但却可以通过居住环境和生活保障间接影响移民满意度。因此,在后续帮扶工作中,既要继续优化居住环境,强化就业和医疗保障,加大产业扶持力度发展特色产业,也要做好移民的适应工作,调动移民的主动性,从而提高移民的生活满意度,确保移民"稳得住",实现安居乐业。The fight against poverty has won an all-round victory.How to further consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and ensure that the migrants who are relocated to poverty alleviation are"stable"on the basis of"moving"is an important task in the new period.Based on the survey data of 374 households relocated to poverty alleviation areas in Qinghai Province,this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of migrants’life satisfaction degree using structural equation model.The results show that living environment and living security have a significant positive impact on migrants’satisfaction,while adaptability has no significant impact on migrants’satisfaction,but it can indirectly affect migrants’satisfaction by acting on living environment and living security.The above conclusions show that,in carrying out the follow-up assistance work,we should continue to optimize the living environment,strengthen employment and medical security,increase industrial support,tap and develop characteristic industries,and at the same time,pay attention to the adaptability of migrants and mobilize their initiative,so as to improve their life satisfaction and ensure that they live and work in peace and contentment.
