烧伤康复期病人自我隐瞒现状及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:调查烧伤康复期病人自我隐瞒现状及其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料问卷、自我隐瞒量表、特质应对方式问卷及领悟社会支持量表对在广州市某烧伤中心就诊的291例烧伤康复期病人进行调查。结果:烧伤康复期病人自我隐瞒量表得分为(39.07±4.78)分,不同文化程度、经济状况、烧伤严重程度、烧伤并发症、日常活动能力的病人自我隐瞒量表得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);烧伤康复期病人自我隐瞒与积极应对、领悟社会支持总分及各维度得分呈负相关(P<0.05),与消极应对呈正相关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,领悟社会支持、烧伤严重程度、经济状况、积极应对、日常活动能力是自我隐瞒的影响因素(F=66.666,P<0.001;R;=0.539,调整R;=0.531)。结论:烧伤康复期病人自我隐瞒处于高水平,临床医护人员应以自我隐瞒的影响因素为切入点,制定针对性干预措施,降低病人的自我隐瞒水平,改善病人的心理健康状况。Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of self-concealment in burn patients in convalescence.Methods:A survey of 291 burn patients in convalescence in a burn center of Guangzhou was conducted by using the General Information Questionnaire,Self-Concealment Scale(SCS),Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ),and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Results:The SCS scores of burn patients in convalescence was(39.07±4.78)points,and the scores of patients with different educational levels,economic status,burn severity,burn complications,and daily activities were significantly different(P<0.05);self-concealment of burn patients in convalescence was negatively correlated with positive coping,the total score of PSSS,and scores of each dimension(P<0.05),and was positively correlated with negative coping(P<0.05);multiple linear regression analysis showed that perceived social support,burn severity,economic status,active coping,and ability to perform daily activities were the influencing factors of self-concealment(F=66.666,P<0.001;R;=0.539,adjusted R;=0.531).Conclusions:The self-concealment of burn patients in convalescence was at a high level.Clinical medical staff should take the influencing factors of self-concealment as the breakthrough point,formulate targeted intervention measures,reduce the level of self-concealment of patients,and improve patients’ mental health.
