摘  要:目的:构建围术期癌症病人营养护理质量评价指标体系,为指导和提高围术期癌症病人营养护理质量提供理论借鉴作用。方法:基于三维质量结构模型及最佳证据文献,应用德尔菲法对30名专家进行2轮函询,确定各指标内容及重要性,结合层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果:经过2轮专家函询,专家的积极系数100%,权威系数均大于0.8,三级指标肯德尔协调系数分别为0.658,0.539,0.377,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),得到含有3个一级指标、10个二级指标、61个三级指标的围术期癌症病人营养护理质量评价指标体系。结论:基于三维质量模式构建的围术期癌症病人营养护理质量评价指标体系具有科学性、特异性和实用性,可为护理管理者进行围术期癌症病人营养护理质量评价提供客观、可量化的参考和依据。Objective:To construct an evaluation index system for the nutritional care quality of cancer patients during the perioperative period,and to provide a theoretical reference for guiding and improving the nutritional care quality of cancer patients during the perioperative period.Methods:Based on the three-dimensional quality structure model and the best evidence literature,the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence inquiries with 30 experts to determine the content and importance of each indicator, and combined with the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator.Results:After two rounds of expert letter inquiries, the experts’ positive coefficients were 100%,the authority coefficients were all greater than 0.8,and the Kendall harmony coefficients of the three-level indicators were 0.658,0.539,and 0.377 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).An evaluation index system for the quality of nutritional care of cancer patients during the perioperative period with 3 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 61 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The perioperative nutritional care quality evaluation index system for cancer patients constructed based on the three-dimensional quality model is scientific,specific and practical,and provides an objective and quantifiable reference for nursing managers to evaluate the perioperative nutritional care quality of cancer patients.
