摘　　要：在食品饮料等行业中,配料是生产的核心内容,配料过程的管理水平直接关系到产品品质的好坏。在生产过程中,为保障产品的严格一致性,典型做法是遵循标准操作规程来指导实施,但人为的失误难以避免。为解决食品饮料行业中人工投料存在的问题和隐患,本研究设计了一套系统来管理和监督整个投料过程。In food and beverage industries,ingredients are the core content of production,and the management level of the ingredient process is directly related to the quality of the product.In the production process,in order to ensure the strict consistency of the products,the typical practice is to follow the standard operating procedures to guide the implementation,but human errors are unavoidable.To solve the problems and hidden dangers of manual feeding in the food and beverage industry,this research designed a set system to manage and supervise the entire feeding process.
