人性化护理干预模式应用于功能失调性子宫出血患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的分析人性化护理干预模式应用于功能失调性子宫出血患者中对于降低其负面情绪评分与贫血发生率及缩短止血时间的效果。方法纳入98例2020年5月至2021年5月接受治疗的功能失调性子宫出血患者,采用数字随机抽取的方式对其进行对等分组,对照组(n=49)患者开展常规护理干预措施,试验组(n=49)于对照组基础上对患者开展人性化护理干预措施,护理3个月后,对比两组患者的临床干预效果。结果护理3个月后,试验组的SDS评分、SAS评分、贫血发率显著低于对照组,止血时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预模式应用于功能失调性子宫出血患者中可有效改善其负面情绪,降低贫血发生风险,缩短止血时间,提高患者的生活质量与护理满意。Objective To analyze the effects of the humanized nursing intervention model applied to patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in reducing their negative emotion scores,the incidence of anemia,and shortening the time to hemostasis.Methods A total of 98 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were treated from May 2020 to May 2021 were enrolled.Now they are divided into equal groups by means of digital random sampling.The control group(n=49)was used for routine treatment,the test group(n=49),on the basis of the control group,and then carried out humanized nursing intervention measures for the patients.After 3 months,the clinical intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months,the SDS and SAS scores,the anemia rate,of the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group,hemostasis time and length of stay in the test group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The quality score of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the nursing satisfaction of the test group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing intervention model applied to patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding can effectively improve their negative emotions,reduce the risk of anemia,shorten the time of hemostasis,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
