肛周会阴部急性坏死性筋膜炎患者的护理分析

摘　　要：目的探究对肛周会阴部急性坏死筋膜炎患者的护理措施。方法随机抽取我院在2018年1月至2019年12月接纳治疗的肛周会阴部坏死筋膜炎患者40例,按照随机分配方式划分为对照组(患者接受常规基础护理工作)与观察组(患者接受常规基础护理+综合护理工作),探究其护理结局。对两组患者经过护理后的相关内容及护理满意度、疼痛评分、平均住院时长、焦虑评分(SAS评分)、复发率、水肿改善率进行统计分析。结果观察组整体护理满意度、疼痛评分、平均住院时长、焦虑评分(SAS评分)、复发率、水肿改善率等相关数据信息比对照组更具优势,组间有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论对肛周会阴部急性坏死性筋膜炎患者实行护理干预,能够有效保障其治疗效果,降低其并发症的发生概率,同时也提升了患者的护理满意度,值得进行临床推广应用。Objective To explore nursing measures for patients with acute necrotizingfasciitis in perianal perineum.Methods A total of 40 patients with perianal perineal necrotizing fasciitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly selected and divided into control group(patients receiving routine basic nursing work)and observation group(patients receiving routine basic care)according to random allocation.receive routine basic care+comprehensive nursing work)to explore its nursing outcomes.The related content and nursing satisfaction,pain score,average length of hospital stay,anxiety score(SAS score),recurrence rate,and edema improvement rate were statistically analyzed in the two groups of patients after nursing.Results The overall nursing satisfaction,pain score,average length of hospital stay,anxiety score(SAS score),recurrence rate,edema improvement rate and other related data information in the observation group were more advantageous than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with acute necrotizing fasciitis in perianal perineum can effectively guarantee the therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
