产后早期定时下腹按摩结合会阴冲洗预防产后尿潴留的效果

摘　　要：目的研究产后早期定时下腹按摩结合会阴冲洗预防产后尿潴留的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年7月在我院内分娩的78例产妇,采用随机数表法将患者分组,并依据组别开展护理工作,对照组(n=39)接受常规护理,观察组(n=39)接受产后早期定时下腹按摩结合会阴冲洗,统计两组产妇产后尿潴留的发生情况、产后自解小便时间。结果观察组产妇产后自解小便时间明显短于对照组,且出现产后尿潴留的产妇数量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后早期进行下腹按摩、会阴冲洗能够缩短产妇的自解小便时间和降低尿潴留发生概率具有积极的影响,利于优化产妇产后的预后效果。Objective To study the effect of regular lower abdominal massage combined with perineal irrigation to prevent postpartum urinary retention.Methods From January 2019 to July 2019,78 parturients were given birth in our hospital.One group received routine nursing care and divided into control group(n=39),the other patients received early postpartum regular abdominal massage combined with perineal washing,and divided into observation group(n=39).The occurrence of postpartum urine retention and postpartum self-elimination time were counted.Results Statistical data showed that the time of postpartum self-extraction and urination in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the number of postpartum urinary retention was less than that in the control group,and the difference between the data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lower abdominal massage and perineal irrigation in the early postpartum period can shorten the self-resolving urination time and reduce the probability of urinary retention.
