胆囊炎患者围手术期护理中实施人性化护理的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理在胆囊炎患者围手术期的应用效果。方法抽取80例胆囊炎患者参与研究,均于2018年3月至2019年3月入我院进行手术治疗,通过简单随机法分为两组。对照组实施常规护理,充分分析患者病情,展开各项基础护理措施。研究组实施人性化护理,术前详细为患者讲解医院环境,落实健康宣教,提升患者对于疾病以及手术治疗的认知,协助患者展开各项检查;术中及时与患者沟通,将手术室温度和湿度控制在适宜范围内,尊重其隐私,避免患者肢体长时间显露;术后监测患者的生命体征,包括呼吸、心率和血压等,给予患者针对性疼痛护理,做好并发症预防工作。对比两组患者各项手术指标,术后并发症发生率以及护理前后焦虑、抑郁评分。结果研究组各项手术指标均优于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,护理后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胆囊炎患者在围手术期人性化护理的实施对于手术质量的提升有非常显著的促进作用,能够降低术后并发症发生率,缓解患者痛苦,使其保持良好的心态配合治疗,提升术后康复效果。Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in the perioperative period of patients with cholecystitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with cholecystitis were selected to participate in the study.They were all admitted to our hospital for surgical treatment from March 2018 to March 2019,and were divided into two groups by simple random method.The control group was given routine nursing,fully analyzed the patient's condition,and carried out various basic nursing measures.The research team implemented humanized care,explained the hospital environment in detail to patients before surgery,implemented health education,improved patients'awareness of disease and surgical treatment,and assisted patients in carrying out various inspections;communicated with patients in a timely manner during surgery,and adjusted the operating room temperature and temperature Humidity should be controlled within an appropriate range,privacy should be respected,and patients'limbs should not be exposed for a long time;patients'vital signs,including respiration,heart rate,and blood pressure,should be monitored after surgery,and patients should be given targeted pain care to prevent complications.The surgical indicators,postoperative complication rates,and anxiety and depression scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results All surgical indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of anxiety and depression after nursing were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing care for patients with cholecystitis in the perioperative period has a very significant role in promoting the improvement of the quality of surgery,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,ease the pain of patients,keep a good attitude and cooperate with treatment,and improve postoperative recovery clinical effect.
