人文关怀护理对乳腺癌围手术期患者自我护理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的观察乳腺癌围手术期患者采取人文关怀护理对其自我护理能力的影响。方法本次试验经电脑随机法将我院收治的90例乳腺癌围手术期患者分为两组,各45例。对照组采取常规护理模式,主要包括术前检查、术后做好监护治疗工作、健康教育与饮食指导;观察组采取人文关怀护理,主要包括术前心理疏导、术前认知教育、术后形象紊乱危机干预、重建认知教育、自我护理指导与实践。对比两组患者的自我护理能力评分、并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果比较对照组,观察组健康知识水平、自我责任感、自我概念及自我护理技能评分更高,对比两组数据,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.44%,显著低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较对照组,观察组生活质量评分更高,数据对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌手术患者在围手术期,生理和心理均会受到严重的影响,容易影响术后的预后效果,因此人文关怀护理的作用不容小觑,能够强化患者自我护理能力,提升生活质量,降低并发症发生率,确保临床效果。Objective To observe the effect of humanistic care on self-care ability of perioperative breast cancer patients.Methods Ninety cases of perioperative breast cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing mode,including preoperative examination,postoperative monitoring and treatment,health education and diet guidance.The observation group received humanistic care,including preoperative psychological counseling,preoperative cognitive education,postoperative image disorder crisis intervention,reconstruction cognitive education,self-care guidance and practice.The scores of self-care ability,complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of health knowledge,self-responsibility,self-concept and self-care skills in the observation group were higher,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.44%,significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher quality of life score,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast cancer patients in perioperative period,both physical and psychological will be seriously affected,easy to affect the postoperative prognosis effect,so the role of humanistic care nursing should not be underestimated,can strengthen the patient's self-care ability,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,to ensure the clinical effect.
