快速康复外科理念在自发性气胸患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的将快速康复外科理念应用于自发性气胸患者围手术期护理中,分析并探究其应用效果。方法收集2019年4月至2021年4月本院接纳的自发性气胸患者96例,根据入院顺序分组,偶数48例入快速康复组,奇数48例入对照组,两组病患均接受腹腔镜手术治疗,在此前提下对照组接受常规护理,快速康复组则在快速康复理念下落实相关护理措施,记录两组术后肛门排气时间、镇痛药物使用情况、呼吸机占用时间、住院时间、治疗费用,统计术后并发症发生情况,并对比治疗后患者肺功能指标(FEV1、FVC)。结果此次研究中快速康复组患者术后肛门排气、住院、呼吸占用时间较对照组显著更短(P<0.05),治疗费用及镇痛药物使用次数更低,差异显著(P<0.05),并发症记录中,快速康复组并发症发生率更低(P<0.05),FEV1、FVC两项肺功能指标对比快速康复组均高于对照组,数据差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念用于自发性气胸患者围手术期护理活动,可有效加速患者身体康复,缩短患者住院时间,减少治疗费用,降低并发症的发生率,提高患者的肺功能,具有十分显著的应用效果,推广价值和应用价值较高。Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods To collect from April 2019 to April 2021 times in our acceptance of 96 cases of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax,according to admission order grouping,even 48 cases into rapid rehabilitation group,an odd number of 48 cases in control group,two groups of patients were treated with laparoscopic surgery,under the precondition of the control group accepted routine nursing care,rapid rehabilitation group under the rapid rehabilitation concept to carry out the relevant nursing measures,two groups of postoperative anal exhaust time,analgesic drug usage,breathing machine takes up time,length of hospital stay,cost of treatment,statistical postoperative complications,and compared after treatment in patients with pulmonary function index(FEV1 and FVC).Results The study of rapid rehabilitation group of patients with postoperative anal exhaust,hospitalization,breath holding time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),treatment costs and analgesic drug use frequency lower control group,significant difference(P<0.05),recorded in the complication,rapid rehabilitation group complication rate is lower(P<0.05),two lung function index comparison fast FEV1 and FVC rapid rehabilitation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery for spontaneous pneumothorax patients perioperative nursing activities,can effectively accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the cost of treatment,improve the lung function,the application effect is significant,the promotion value is high.
