摘　　要：梳理国际工程承包项目中争议的产生及相关解决方案,分析阐述了“可替代的争议解决方案”在国际工程中的应用,介绍了计划行为理论要点,并通过应用计划行为理论来为国际工程项目决策者选择“可替代的争议解决方案”解决争议提供方法和数学模型。This paper explores the generation of disputes and relevant solutions in international engineering contracting projects,analyzes and expounds the application of"Alternative Disputes Resolution"in international engineering,introduces the key points of planned behavior theory,and provides methods and mathematical models for international engineering project decision-makers to choose"Alternative Disputes Resolution"to solve disputes by applying planned behavior theory.
