复方异丙托溴铵+布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿喘息型肺炎的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的探究复方异丙托溴铵+布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿喘息型肺炎的效果及安全性。方法选择2018年10月至2020年10月我院收治的78例喘息型肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各39例。观察组给予复方异丙托溴铵+布地奈德混悬液治疗,对照组给予布地奈德混悬液治疗。比较两组患儿的临床症状消失时间、肺功能指标、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的咳嗽、气促、呼吸困难以及喘鸣音消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的FVC、FEV_(1)、PEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的FVC、FEV_(1)、PEF均增大,且观察组大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的血清CRP水平、LC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的血清CRP水平、LC均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方异丙托溴铵+布地奈德混悬液治疗喘息型肺炎效果显著,可改善患儿的肺功能及炎症因子指标,且安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect and safety of compound ipratropium bromide and budesonide suspension in the treatment of wheezing pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 78 children with wheezing pneumonia admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with compound ipratropium bromide and budesonide suspension,and the control group was treated with budesonide suspension.The disappearance time of clinical symptom,lung function index,inflammatory factor level and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough,shortness of breath,dyspnea and wheezing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FVC,FEV_(1) and PEF between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,FVC,FEV_(1) and PEF in both groups increased,and those in the observation group were greater than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum CRP level and LC between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the serum CRP level and LC decreased in both groups,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound ipratropium bromide and budesonide suspension has a significant effect on wheezing pneumonia,it can improve the lung function and inflammatory factors of children,with safety and reliability,which is worthy of promotion.
