摘　　要：目的探讨思维导图模式在癌症经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)患者带管期自护健康管理中的应用效果。方法按照就诊时间将2018年1月至12月于本科行PICC的98例癌症患者设为对照组,2019年1月至12月于本科行PICC的112例癌症患者设为观察组。对照组给予常规PICC带管宣教,观察组利用思维导图进行健康教育。比较两组的自我管理能力、生活质量及健康教育满意度。结果观察组自我管理能力、生活质量及健康教育满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论思维导图模式应用于PICC带管患者自护健康管理中,不但可提升患者带管期间自我管理积极性和依从性,而且可提高患者的生活质量及健康教育满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of mind map model in self-care health management of cancer patients with peripherally inserted central cathete(PICC)in tube period.Methods According to the treatment time,98 cancer patients who underwent PICC from January to December 2018 were set as control group,and 112 cancer patients who underwent PICC from January to December 2019 were set as observation group.The control group received routine PICC tube education,and the observation group received health education by mind map.The self-management ability,quality of life and satisfaction with health education were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-management ability,quality of life and satisfaction with health education in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The mind map model applied in the self-care health management of PICC tube patients can not only improve the enthusiasm and compliance of self-management,but also improve the quality of life and satisfaction of health education.
