海南地方习用药材土人参质量标准研究

摘　　要：为建立海南地方习用药材土人参的质量标准,依据《国家药品标准工作手册》中药质量标准研制的要求,对土人参药材的性状、鉴别、水分、总灰分、浸出物、多糖含量等指标进行测定。结果明确了土人参药材的性状和显微结构特征,建立了具有专属性的薄层鉴别方法;规定土人参药材水分含量不得超过12.0%、总灰分含量不得超过18.0%、醇溶性浸出物含量不得少于8.0%、多糖含量不得少于9.0%。本研究可为建立土人参药材质量标准体系提供参考。Talinum paniculatum is a native medicinal plant in Hainan,and its characteristics,identification methods,and contents of water,total ash,extract,polysaccharides,etc were identified based on the requirements for the quality standard of crude drugs in the Working Manual of National Drug Standardization(2015 edition).The characteristics and microstructures of T.paniculatum were identified,and an exclusive thin layer-chromatography identification method for T.paniculatum was established.The crude drug of T.paniculatum is provided for to contain no more than 12.0%of water,no more than 18.0%of total ash,no less than 8.0%of alcohol soluble extract and no less than 9.0%of polysaccharides.These results could provide reference for the establishment of quality standard system for T.paniculatum.
