摘 要:针对我国严寒地区内廊式教学楼因采光不足、通风不畅问题带来的高能耗特点,以严寒地区呼和浩特市的内廊式教学楼为例,结合该地区的气候特点,利用eQUEST软件对教学楼的走廊、教室平面、侧窗以及横向高窗进行节能优化设计,并对各因素基于能耗结果进行灵敏度分析,得出影响较大的因素以及各设计要素的适宜取值,这将为严寒地区内廊式教学楼提高室内采光与通风环境品质以及降低建筑能耗的节能设计提供理论依据和实践指导。Focusing on cold region in China,due to insufficient lighting,ventilation problems in the building with high energy consumption characteristics.The author takes Hohhot corridor type buildings in cold region as an example,combining with the characteristics of the region climate,using eQUEST software for building corridor,classroom,side window and transverse high window to carry out energy conservation optimization design.Based on the results of energy consumption,the paper analyzes the sensitivity of each factor to obtain the influential factors and appropriate setup value of each design factor,which will provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the energy-saving design of corridor type teaching building in cold regions to improve indoor lighting and ventilation environment quality and reduce the building energy consumption.
