摘　　要：利用固定床热解实验装置,研究了汽车零部件制造加工过程中产生的污泥在不同温度条件下热解产物特性。采用两种标准的浸出方法,评价了污泥及其热解炭的重金属浸出特性。结果表明,随着热解温度(450~600℃)的升高,固相产物(热解炭)的质量明显降低,液相产物质量明显增加,气相产物变化不明显。当热解温度高于550℃时,气相产物中CO_(2)所占体积百分比明显降低,H_(2)、CO等可燃气体组分比例增加,液相产物中苯环类物质明显增加;不同热解终温下的热解炭按照重金属浸出评价均不属于危险废弃物,但是,Ni和Pb的浸出偏高,尚不能满足直接进入卫生填埋场的条件。通过在热解过程中添加药剂Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)同时炭化,热解炭中所有重金属的浸出浓度明显降低,低于卫生填埋场的入场标准限值。In this paper,the Characteristics of pyrolytic products fromautomobile manufacturing sludge produced were studied in a fixed bed reactor.And the heavy metal leaching behaviors of thepyrolytic charwere studied using different standard leaching methods.The results showed that with the increase of pyrolysis temperature(450℃-600℃),the yield of the char product decreased significantly and the yield of liquid product increased,the yield of gas products did not change obviously.When the pyrolysis temperature is higher than 550℃,the volume fraction of CO_(2) in the gas products decreased significantly and the proportion of H_(2),CO and other combustible gases increased accordingly.At the same time the aromatic compounds in the liquid phase are increased obviously.By spiking Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) into the sludge before the pyrolysis process,the leaching concentration of all of the heavy metals decreased significantly and met the requirements for entering sanitary landfill.
