摘 要:针对流量调节装置改变吸气阀阀片运动规律,进而造成往复压缩机内部流场复杂多变的问题,采用基于CFD的流体分析软件FLUENT对往复压缩机三维模型在不同流量调节装置背压、复位弹簧刚度工况下进行内部流场仿真模拟,从而得到运动部件运动规律、压缩机内部动态压力及压缩机示功图等。研究结果表明,不同流量调节装置影响往复压缩机吸气阀撤回动作及其负荷调控效果。随着流量调节装置背压的增加,造成吸气阀阀片撤回冲击下降,同时负荷调控偏差从0.42%增大至5.31%;而复位弹簧刚度的增加,引起负荷调控偏差从11.11%下降至0.75%的同时,增加了阀片的撤回冲击。基于仿真过程及仿真结果,提出了流量调节装置优化设计方案,可为不同往复压缩机流量调节装置参数优化提供依据。In view of the fact that the flow regulating device changes the movement rules of the suction valve plate,which further causes the complicated and changeable internal flow field of the reciprocating compressor,the fluid analysis software Fluent based on CFD was used to analyze the three-dimensional model of the reciprocating compressor.The internal flow field simulation was carried out under the conditions of different back pressure and return spring stiffness of the flow regulating device,so as to obtain the internal dynamic pressure of the compressor,the movement rules of moving parts and the indicator diagram in the cylinder.The results indicate that different variable flow actuator affects the withdrawal action of the suction valve of the reciprocating compressor and its load control effect.With the increase of the back pressure of the variable flow actuator,the withdrawal shock of suction valve plate decreases and the load control deviation is increased from 0.42%to 5.31%;while the increase of the return spring stiffness causes the load control deviation to decrease from 11.11%to 0.75%,and the withdrawal shock of the valve plate to increase.Based on the simulation process and simulation results,an optimization design plan for the variable flow actuator was proposed,which can provide a basis for the optimization of the parameters of variable flow actuator of different reciprocating compressors.
