摘 要:针对变流量加热及冷却系统水力和热力失调的问题,设计一种动态压差控制阀。基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法,建立不同阀芯开度下动态压差控制阀三维流道模型。对比研究了不同阀芯开度下阀内流场分布以及流量变化,得出了动态压差控制阀在不同阀芯开度下阀内压降曲线的变化规律、阀芯节流口处速度曲线及湍动能曲线的分布规律,拟合了阀门出口流量控制特性曲线。结果表明:不同阀芯开度下动态压差控制阀内部压力和速度的分布存在差异;平衡阀芯小开度时,随着调节阀芯开度的减小,阀门压降约增大294.5%,调节阀芯节流窗口处流速增大48.7%;平衡阀芯和调节阀芯均处于小开度时,阀内湍动能梯度较大,易产生气穴;动态压差控制阀的流量控制误差范围在10%以内。In view of the problem of hydraulic and thermal imbalance in variable flow heating and cooling systems,a pressure independent control valve was designed.Based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,the 3D model of pressure independent control valve under different opening of the valve core was established.The flow field distribution and flow change under different valve core openings were compared and studied,the change law of pressure drop curve in the valve,the velocity curve and turbulent kinetic energy curve at the throttle port of valve core under different openings of valve core were obtained,and the flow control characteristic curve at the valve outlet was fitted.The results show that,the internal pressure and velocity distribution in the valve under different valve core openings are different.When the balance valve core opening is small,as the opening of the control valve core decreases,pressure drop of the valve increases by 294.5%,and the flow increases by 48.7%.When the valve opening is small,the turbulent kinetic energy gradient in the valve is large,which is easy to produce cavitation.The flow control accuracy of the pressure independent control valve is within the range of 10%.
