摘  要:针对回路热管机房空调在数据中心冷却中的适用性问题,总结了数据中心用回路热管空调系统最新研究进展,对比分析了重力型、气相动力型和液相动力型3种回路热管机房空调系统,并介绍了3种回路热管自然冷却与蒸气压缩主动制冷相结合的一体式机房空调系统的构成方式与运行性能,结果表明3种回路热管在不同的应用场景下都具有良好的节能效果:从驱动方式而言重力热管节能效果最优;从使用地区而言,寒冷地区优于温和地区;蒸气压缩/回路热管一体式机房空调系统全年能效比可以达到10.0以上,年均可节能30%左右。并指出了该技术所需关注的技术问题,为其在数据中心冷却系统节能领域的研究与应用提供参考。For the applicability of computer room air conditioner with loop heat pipe for data center cooling,the recent advances of CRAC with loop heat pipe were summarized for its feasibility in data center cooling.CRAC with three types of loop heat pipes,i.e.gravity driven,gas pump assisted and liquid pump assisted,were comparatively analyzed.And composition method and operating performance of the integrated CRAC system which combines the free cooling of these three types of loop heat pipes with the vapor compression refrigeration were introduced.The results show that all of these three types of loop heat pipes can achieve good energy saving effect in different application scenarios.The gravity driven heat pipe has the best energy saving effect in terms of drive mode;and the energy saving effect of the gravity driven heat pipes in cold regions is better than warm regions in terms of regions of use;The annual energy efficiency ratio of the integrated system with loop heat pipe and vapor compression can reach above 10.0 with annual average energy savings of about 30%.The technical problems concerned about by this technology were pointed out,which provides references for the researches and applications in the energy saving field of cooling system in data center.
