摘 要:目的:对比研究肾脏占位性病变鉴别诊断中CT与MRI的应用效能。方法:以某院收治的160例肾脏占位性病变患者纳入本研究,分别开展CT检查、MRI检查,对比两种检查方法诊断肾脏占位性病变良恶性质的敏感性、特异性,同时根据病变大小特征,将患者分为病灶直径≥3cm组和<3cm组,再对比CT与MRI的诊断效能。结果:在整体诊断效果上,CT鉴别诊断肾脏占位性病变的敏感性为93.24%,特异性为95.35%,与MRI的94.59%、97.67%比较,P>0.05;对于病灶直径≥3cm者,CT诊断的敏感性为98.33%,特异性为94%,MRI依次为96.67%、98%,两种比较,P>0.05;对于病灶直径<3cm者,CT诊断的敏感性为71.43%,特异性为97.22%;MRI依次分别为85.71%、97.22%,MRI诊断的敏感性高于CT(P<0.05),特异性比较,P>0.05。结论:CT与MRI在肾脏占位性病变鉴别诊断中的整体效能相当,但MRI诊断直径<3cm病灶的敏感性高于CT。Objective:To compare the clinical value of CT and MRI in the differential diagnosis of renal space-occupying lesions.Methods:160 cases of patients with renal space-occupying lesions admitted to a hospital were included in this study,CT examination and MRI examination were performed respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of the two methods in diagnosing the benign and malignant properties of renal space-occupying lesions were compared.At the same time,according to the size and characteristics of lesions,the patients were divided into groups with lesion diameter≥3cm and<3cm,and then the diagnostic efficacy of CT and MRI was compared.Results:The sensitivity and specificity of CT in the differential diagnosis of renal space-occupying lesions were 93.24%and 95.35%,those of MRI were 94.59%and 97.67%,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).For the patients with lesion diameter≥3cm,the sensitivity and specificity of CT diagnosis were 98.33%and 94%,respectively,and those of MRI were 96.67%and 98%,respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).For the lesion diameter<3cm,the sensitivity and specificity of CT diagnosis were 71.43%and 97.22%,those of MRI were 85.71%and 97.22%,respectively,the sensitivity of MRI diagnosis was higher than that of CT(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the specificity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The overall efficacy of CT and MRI in the differential diagnosis of renal space-occupying lesions is similar,but the sensitivity of MRI in the diagnosis of lesions diameter<3cm is higher than that of CT.
