摘 要:通过对Buck变换器和Buck-Boost变换器中的储能元器件进行分析,从中构造出2种开关电感降压单元,分析了降压单元的工作原理,探讨了降压开关电感结构与升压开关电容结构之间的对偶关系。从二次型Buck变换器中提取前级降压单元,将其与2种降压开关电感单元进行组合,从而提出了一种具有降压单元的新型组合Buck变换器。通过分析变换器CCM和DCM的工作模态、工作波形以及各项参数,将变换器中的磁性元件进行磁集成,从而减小了电感电流纹波。最后,通过实验的方式验证了理论的正确性。In this paper,two kinds of switched inductor Buck units are constructed by analyzing the energy storage components in a Buck converter and a Buck-Boost converter.The working principle for Buck units is analyzed,and the dual relationship between the structure of the Buck switched inductor and that of the Boost switched capacitor is discussed.The pre-stage Buck unit is extracted from a quadratic Buck converter and further combined with the two Buck switched inductor units,thus proposing a novel combined Buck converter with a Buck unit.By analyzing the working mode,working waveforms and various parameters of this converter in continuous conduction mode(CCM)and discontin-uous conduction mode(DCM),its magnetic components are magnetic integrated to reduce the inductor current ripple.Finally,the theoretical analysis was experimentally verified.
