摘 要:提出了一种负载源极连接谐振式Buck-Boost LED驱动电源,并分析了工作原理及其特性。该驱动电源利用一个串联谐振网络,解决了传统的Buck-Boost LED驱动电源开关管与输出支路不共地的问题。与传统Buck-Boost LED驱动电源相比,该电源在保持各种特性基本相同的同时,只使用一个负载源极连接有源开关与一个控制器,无需光耦隔离即可同时实现LED电流采样与MOSFET栅极驱动与控制,简化了控制电路,提高了系统的可靠性。最后,搭建了一台56 W的实验样机,效率达到了92.9%,验证了理论分析的正确性与电路拓扑的可行性。A resonant Buck-Boost LED driver based on output common-source connection is proposed in this paper,and its working principle and characteristics are analyzed.By means of a series resonant network,this driver solves the problem that the switch of the traditional Buck-Boost LED driver does not have common ground with the output branch.Compared with the traditional Buck-Boost LED driver,the proposed power supply keeps the same characteristics.Meanwhile,it uses only one single active switch with output common-source connection and a controller,and it can realize LED current sampling and the drive and control of MOSFET gate simultaneously without photocoupler isolation,thus simplifying the control loop and improving the system reliability.Finally,a 56 W experimental prototype with a peak efficiency of 92.9%was built,and results verified the correctness of theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the proposed circuit topology.
