摘  要:目的分析多层螺旋CT(MSCT)与X线对肋骨隐匿性骨折的诊断价值。方法将2019年5月至2020年10月期间因肋骨骨折于我院进行治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,所有患者入院后均采用常规X线进行检查,后采用MSCT技术检查。对比2种检查方式诊断效能的差异。结果 MSCT检出隐匿性骨折52例,X线检出隐匿性骨折41例。MSCT诊断肋间隐匿性骨折的灵敏度(98.1%)、特异度(100%)及准确度(96.7%)均高于常规X线检查(83.7%与57.1%,81.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MSCT对肋骨隐匿骨折有显著的鉴别价值,可明确判断患者疾病发生部位及病情进展情况,为后续治疗方案的开展提供了数据支持,临床推广价值显著。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) and X-ray in occult fracture of ribs. Methods Sixty patients with rib fracture treated in our hospital from May 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were examined by conventional X-ray after admission, and then examined by MSCT technology. Compare the difference of diagnostic efficiency between the two examination methods. Results Fifty-two cases of occult fracture were detected by MSCT and 41 cases were detected by conventional X-ray.The sensitivity(98.1%), specificity(100%) and accuracy(96.7%) of MSCT in the diagnosis of occult intercostal fractures were higher than those of conventional X-ray examination(83.7%, 57.1%, 81.7%), and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion MSCT has significant value in the differentiation of occult fracture of ribs,and can clearly determine the disease location and progression of patients, which provides data support for the development of subsequent treatment programs, and has significant clinical promotion value.
