摘  要:目的探讨一氧化碳(笑气)中毒的临床表现、实验室指标及影像学改变,以提高临床对笑气中毒所致脊髓亚急性变性的认识。方法收集我院2018至2020年收治的4例笑气中毒患者临床资料,分析其血清同型半胱氨酸水平、血清维生素B_(12)水平及影像学改变。结果1例患者维生素B_(12)水平下降,4例患者中血清同型半胱氨酸水平均有不同程度升高,4例患者均伴有颈髓磁共振成像-T_(2)加权成像(MRI-T_(2)WI)异常信号改变。结论笑气中毒所致脊髓亚急性联合变性多见于青壮年,血清同型半胱氨酸水平升高及磁共振T_(2)WI颈髓异常信号改变对该病诊断具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations,laboratory indexes and imaging changes of Nitrous oxide poisoning in order to improve the clinical understanding of subacute spinal cord degeneration caused by Nitrous oxide poisoning.Methods The clinical data of 4 patients with laughing gas poisoning from 2018 to 2020 were collected,and the serum homocysteine level,serum vitamin B_(12) level and imaging changes were analyzed.Results Vitamin B_(12) level decreased in 1 case,serum homocysteine level increased in 4 cases,and 4 patients had abnormal signal changes of cervical spinal cord by MRI-T_(2)WI.Conclusion Subacute spinal cord association caused by nitrous oxide poisoning alteration is more common in young adults.Elevated serum homocysteine level and abnormal signal changes of magnetic resonance T_(2)WI cervical spinal cord are of great significance in the diagnosis of the disease.
