摘  要:目的:测定两种不同方剂中钩藤碱与异钩藤碱煎出效率,并得到其最佳煎煮时间。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm):流动相:甲醇-水=68∶32(含0.2%三乙胺水溶液,冰乙酸调pH=7.0),流速为0.8mL/min,波长254nm,柱温30℃。结果:钩藤碱和异钩藤碱分别在0.0021~0.05mg/mL(r^(2)=0.9997)和0.0023~0.872mg/mL(r^(2)=0.9998)范围内有良好的线性关系。讨论:钩藤饮片在不同方剂中应用煎法后下时,最佳煎出效率不一致。天麻钩藤饮中11分钟最佳,半夏天麻钩藤汤中13分钟最佳。Objective:to determine the decocting efficiency of rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline in two different prescriptions and obtain the best decocting time.method:HPLC was used with C_(18) column(4.6mm×200mm,5μm):mobile phase:methanol water=68∶32(containing 0.2%triethylamine aqueous solution,adjusting pH with glacial acetic acid=7.0),flow rate:0.8mL/min,wavelength:254nm,column temperature:30℃.results:there was a good linear relationship between rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline in the range of 0.0021~0.05mg/mL(r^(2)=0.9997)and 0.0023~0.872mg/mL(r^(2)=0.9998),respectively.discussion:the best decocting efficiency of Gouteng Decoction Pieces after decocting in different prescriptions is inconsistent.The best time is 11 minutes in Gastrodia elata Gouteng Decoction and 13 minutes in Pinellia ternata Gouteng Decoction.
