摘  要:通过对2007—2019年常用的外径89 mm、102 mm聚能射孔器地面打混凝土靶穿孔深度及其标准差的统计分析,得出其平均穿孔深度分别增加26.6%、26.4%,标准差分别增加65.4%、53.6%,表明10多年来穿孔深度提高明显,但穿孔深度稳定性没有得到有效控制。国内部分厂家的产品穿孔深度稳定性控制能力下降是导致整体稳定性下降的主要因素。分析了稳定性影响因素,对影响因素进行整体控制、产品制造自动化是未来的技术发展趋势,其有助于国内产品稳定性的提高。The statistical analysis result of the perforation depth of shaped charge perforators of 89 mm and 102 mm on the ground con⁃crete targets from 2007 to 2019 and its standard deviation shows that the average perforation depth of them has increased by 26.6%and 26.4%separately,and the standard deviation of perforation depth has increased by 65.4%and 53.6%separately,indicating that the perforation depth has improved significantly in 10 years,but the stability of perforation depth has not been effectively controlled.The decline of perforation depth stability control ability of the products of some domestic manufacturers is the main factor leading to the overall perforation depth stability decline of domestic products.By analyzing the influencing factors of perforation depth stability,it is held that the overall control of the influencing factors and the manufacturing automation of shaped charge perforator products are tech⁃nical development trend in the future,which is helpful to improve the stability of domestic products.
