摘  要:风城稠油外输管道是国内第一条口径最大、站间距最长、掺柴热输的超稠油管道,对其进行漏磁检测将面临两个问题:一是管输温度高于漏磁检测器的最高耐温;二是管输距离长,降温输送易引起混合油黏度大幅升高而带来运行风险。此外,国内尚无对此类稠油管道实现有效检测的范例。为了实现对风城稠油外输管道的安全检测,提出通过燃料油、稠油交替输送工艺来控制检测器周围的温度以满足检测要求。利用Stoner Pipeline Simulator(SPS)软件建立模型,模拟燃料油、稠油交替输送时不同掺混量及不同交替输送时间下的管道压力及温度情况,基于仿真模拟结果,选择最适宜的输送方案。研究表明,采用稠稀油交替输送工艺控制检测器周围温度的方法可行,该方法对国内外长距离超稠油管道安全检测有一定指导意义。Fengcheng heavy oil transmission pipeline is a super heavy oil heat transmission pipeline with the largest diameter,the lon⁃gest station spacing and mixed diesel in China.There are two problems in its magnetic flux leakage detection:first,the transmission temperature of heavy oil is higher than the maximum temperature resistance of the magnetic flux leakage detector;Second,the pipeline transportation distance is long,and the cooling transportation is easy to cause a significant increase in the viscosity of mixed oil and bring operation risk.In addition,there is no example of effective detection of such heavy oil pipelines in China.In order to realize the safety detection of Fengcheng heavy oil pipeline,it is proposed to control the temperature around the detector through the alternating transportation of fuel oil and heavy oil to meet the detection requirements.The model is established by using Stoner pipeline simulator(SPS)software to simulate the pressure and temperature of the pipeline under different diesel mixing amount and different alternating transportation time during the alternating transportation of fuel oil and heavy oil.Based on the simulation results,the most suitable transportation scheme is selected.The research shows that the method of controlling the surrounding temperature of the detector by using the alternating transportation process of thick and thin oil is feasible,and this method has certain guiding significance for the safety detection of ultra-heavy oil pipelines at home and abroad.
